RECENT EVENTS Care Systems ranked in the top 3 for BOTH eRostering and Bank Systems in the London Procurement Programme (LPP). Care Systems came within the top 1% of the top COMBINED scores in the LPP. Care Systems is proud to announce that despite its small presence in the NHS market, it was still in the top 3 in both categories. Since 1% is statistically insignificant, we are, as we expectd to be, a top ranked provider of staff scheduling or rostering systems in the UK as we have been since 2004 in the USA. NEWS and ANNOUNCEMENTS CareWare has the best auto-rostering algorithm in the industry, thus minimizing a ward manager's administrative burden more than any other system. We have achieved the above status because CareWare uses exact mathematical optimization -- when we say we "Optimize the Workforce Use", we mean it! This helps us prescribe excellent WORK-LIFE tradeoffs whose value can be quantified to managers in economic terms. CareWare allows NHS Trusts to adopt new staffing paradigms - use of overtime instead of Bank resources: float nurses in real time to equalize staffing utilization on day of performance; do an on-line prioritised search to find best resources; enforce work regulations (e.g. EWTD) across both CareWare and CareBank.
