Job Description
- Gather requirements about the practices and needs of different organizational levels within the industry such as hospital management, IT, and nursing departments
- Use this information to conduct readiness assessments and map out project timelines for software implementation and rollout within the enterprise
- Facilitate cooperation between the CareSystems development team and our clients to determine the appropriate software system set up and implementation approach best suited to each client
- Organize and conduct the on-site implementation of CareSystems software
- Provide help desk and technical support to clients, as well as design and conduct user training sessions
- Prepare reports on the status of implementation for the Director of Client Services
- Work closely with members of the client services team during the documentation development to help clients stay up-to-date with the newest software releases
- Most importantly, serve as a liaison between CareSystems and our clients; accurately representing the interests of each party
Position Requirements
- BS/ MS in Nursing Informatics, Engineering, Business, or Management (or related field)
- Min. 2 years experience in the fields of: project management, software implementation, training, support, and requirement-gathering
- Though not mandatory, experience from within the health care industry /or ability show familiarity with its operation is preferred
- Strong organization skills and expert manipulation of all Microsoft Office Applications (E-mail, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Visio)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willing to travel up to 60%, domestic and international
- Strong business ethic and ambition; can contribute analytical skills, abstract thinking, and innovative approaches to problem-solving
