Junior Implementation Analyst

Job Description
- Provide help desk and technical support to clients
- Support successful implementation of software at client sites
- Conduct user training sessions
- Develop and maintain software documentation (e.g. user manuals, quick guides, online training, etc.)
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS/MS/BA) in: Nursing Informatics (preferred), Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with process-mapping and requirements-gathering
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills
- Proven analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Expert knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications (Email, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Visio), facsimile, printer and other office machines as needed
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, retain flexibility, maintain composure under pressure
- Experience managing project schedules, documentation, communications, and meeting deadlines
- Willing to travel up to 40%, domestic and international
