Position Description:

• Ensure successful implementation of software at client sites
• Participate as technical representative in sales calls/meetings
• Identify and involve project champions, stakeholders and user types for each project
• Conduct meetings at client sites, including requirements gathering meetings and prepare effective documentation
• Develop detailed diagrams of user’s work processes
• Act as a liaison between the clients and Care Systems software design and development team
• Provide technical support to clients

Position Requirements:

• BS/MS in Engineering, Management or Nursing Informatics
• Relevant experience in managing project activities and communicating milestones with staff and clients
• Experience in improving nursing or related processes is a plus, e.g. management engineering processes within a hospital
• Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Visio)
• Willing Travel 25-75%, domestic and international
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Excellent workplace ethics, pursues excellence, and is able to work both independently and in fast paced teams
